All sessions require a non-refundable retainer of 40% to secure your booking date. Your session is not confirmed until the retainer is received. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your session. Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 72 hours’ notice. Reschedules requested within 72 hours of the session may require a new retainer. Cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer. No exceptions. If Eve’s Eden must reschedule due to emergency or unforeseen circumstance, your retainer will be transferred to a new date of your choosing. Late arrivals may reduce session time. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may be considered a cancellation. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
